ContentOS เป็นเครื่องมือภายในสำหรับทีมงาน ใช้วางแผน สร้าง ตรวจอนุมัติ และตั้งเวลาโพสต์คอนเทนต์ลงเพจ Facebook และ LINE Official Account ที่ทีมเป็นผู้ดูแลเอง ระบบไม่ได้ให้บริการแก่บุคคลทั่วไป

ข้อมูลที่เก็บ

• บัญชีผู้ใช้ของทีม (อีเมลสำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบ)
• ข้อมูลแบรนด์ คอนเทนต์ รูปภาพ และประวัติการอนุมัติ/การเผยแพร่ที่ทีมสร้างขึ้น
• Page access token ของเพจ Facebook และ channel access token ของ LINE OA ที่ทีมเชื่อมต่อ — เก็บแบบเข้ารหัส (AES-256-GCM) ฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ใช้เพื่อโพสต์ตามที่ทีมอนุมัติเท่านั้น และไม่แสดงกลับในหน้าเว็บ
• รหัสโพสต์ที่แพลตฟอร์มส่งกลับมา เพื่อยืนยันว่าโพสต์สำเร็จ

สิ่งที่ระบบไม่ทำ

• ไม่เก็บหรืออ่านข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ติดตามเพจ ผู้ใช้ Facebook หรือเพื่อนใน LINE
• ไม่ขาย ไม่แบ่งปันข้อมูลให้บุคคลภายนอก และไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา

ContentOS is an internal tool used by a team to plan, draft, approve and schedule posts to Facebook Pages and LINE Official Accounts that the team manages. It stores team login emails, the team's brand/content data, encrypted Page/channel access tokens (server-side only, used solely to publish approved posts) and the post IDs returned by the platforms.
